Dustin Mills, Vice President, Development
Dustin is responsible for overseeing development initiatives for PIRHL's Southeastern Division which currently includes Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
Prior to joining PIRHL, Dustin served in a senior level capacity for several national and regional multi-family developers. During his fourteen year career, Dustin has been responsible for the completion of more than 3,000 units with total development costs exceeding $400 million.
Dustin was an honored recipient of the "40 Under 40" leadership award given each year by the Triangle Business Journal. He has been featured in Forbes Magazine for his creative layering of Low Income and Historic Tax Credits and has been a quoted expert in Builder Magazine and Multi-Housing News.
Dustin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. Dustin also earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York. In addition, Dustin received a Post Baccalaureate Graduate Certificate in Real Estate & Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and completed his undergraduate work at Wingate University in North Carolina.
