The site is located on the Western Reserve Greenway Bike/Walking Path, a 43-mile recreational trail which runs from the City of Ashtabula to Champion, Ohio, just north of Warren.
Building amenities include over 5,000 square feet of dedicated common space in seven separate community rooms and two outdoor patios including: an aerobics and fitness room with exercise equipment, a business center with computers and free internet access, and laundry facilities on every floor.
