Bernie Gray, Construction Project Manager
Bernie has over 13 years of experience working as a project manager, superintendent, assistant superintendent, and construction supervisor. He has managed the construction of over one million square feet of residential development projects. Bernie spent 11 years prior to joining PIRHL with NRP Contractors / The NRP Group, LLC, assisting in the buyout of all phases of construction and overseeing the field work for NRP’s single-family home program. Prior to joining NRP Contractors / The NRP Group, LLC, Bernie spent two years working for Stanley Building Company / Agency Homes as a Construction Supervisor. At Stanley Building Company, Bernie was a construction supervisor, helping to establish budgets, hire subcontractors and manage company labor staff.
