Development Accountant

Office Location: Cleveland, Ohio

The Development Accountant will administer PIRHL’s financial affairs to include financial reporting, tax compliance, job cost accounting, and asset management. The position will be focused on development projects as well as the performance and compliance of operating assets.

Asset Manager

Office Location: Cleveland, Ohio

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of multifamily real estate operations, affordable housing, compliance, and strong analytical skills. In partnership with 3rd party Property Managers, the asset manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multifamily apartments, to ensure their financial integrity, effective lease-up, and on-going management in line with key performance metrics that meets PIRHL’s mission and creates long term value for the company.

Construction Project Manager

Office Location: Cleveland, Ohio

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the budget, schedule, quality, operation and safety of PIRHL’s multifamily construction projects and to collaborate closely with the VP of Project Management.

Assistant Construction Superintendent (Michigan)

First Assignment Location: Lyon Twp, Michigan

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible assisting the Superintendent on the construction site and to provide leadership on the construction site. The Assistant Superintendent will verify that all work performed is per drawings, specs and PIRHL’s standards. The Assistant Superintendent will verify that all work being performed on the job site is completed per OSHA guidelines.

Construction Project Engineer

Office Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Reporting to the VP of Project Management, the Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in ensuring the budget, schedule, quality, operation, and safety of project.
