David Uram, Principal
David Uram, a 2010 Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 honoree, is a Principal and co-founder of PIRHL, LLC and its affiliated entities. Dave leads PIRHL’s corporate strategy, investor relations as well as new business development. Prior to launching PIRHL, Dave served as a Project Manager for a national developer/builder where hemanaged tax credit and bond financed projects from concept through tax credit award, financial underwriting, design development, construction and stabilized occupancy. He managed projects consisting of over $150 million in development, and contributed to the launch of the company’s operation in Texas, which was successful in securing over $70 million in new development within its first 24 months.
Dave’s earlier experience includes working in Cleveland’s community and economic development industries first as a consultant for Cleveland Tomorrow and as a real estate project manager with University Circle Incorporated, a development, and service and advocacy organization responsible for the growth of University Circle.
Dave also served as the Project Director for Israel Policy Forum, a Washington, D.C. based non-profit focused on building support within Congress and the Middle East for a security-based solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Dave built multi-organizational coalitions in support of legislation, lobbied Congress, wrote legislative briefs and coordinated missions to Israel, Jordon, Syria and Gaza to mobilize political support. Dave lives in Cleveland with his wife and daughter.
