Zanesville Family Homes brings 50 new 3- and 4-bedroom single family homes to the Pine Street corridor of Zanesville, Ohio. These homes are located on vacant infill sites and range between 1,200 and 1,447 square feet. These homes, all located within ¾ mile of each other, represent the first single-family housing development of scale in decades on Zanesville’s south side
All homes have central HVAC, Energy Star appliances and a one or two car garage with basement. Zanesville Family Homes is the 2nd phase of the partnership between the City’s Public Housing Authority, the County’s Community Action Agency and PIRHL to further revitalize southwest Zanesville.
The homes operate under a lease-purchase model, where residents have the right of first refusal to purchase their home following the tax credit compliance period.
